The Stage 2 Development Application has recently been approved (Dec 2007) for the re-development of Centrepoint site in Sydney. JWA won an international design competition to develop the design, before developing the design of a new exterior building envelope for the existing podium levels and an entirely new commercial tower adjacent to the existing Centrepoint tower. JWA are working closely with Westfield in the delivery phases of the project.
